Frequently Asked Questions

What types of aluminum windows do you manufacture?

Sliding (glider), casement (outward-opening), fixed/picture, awning/hopper, and tilt-turn windows — all in thermally broken 6063-T5 aluminum with custom sizes and colors.

Can windows be built to custom sizes?

Yes. Every window is fabricated to your opening. Common stocked ranges are listed on our size guide, and oversize picture units and multi-panel combinations are available. Send rough openings for a same-day quote.

Do you offer impact-resistant windows for hurricane zones?

Yes — laminated impact glass and reinforced, high-DP framing for Florida NOA/HVHZ and other wind-borne debris regions. Tell us your project location and code requirements so we configure the correct assembly.

What glass comes standard, and what are the upgrades?

Standard is double-pane Low-E glass with argon and a warm-edge spacer. Upgrades include triple-pane for cold climates, impact laminated glass for coastal zones, tempered safety glass, and obscure/tinted or sound-control glazing.

Do you provide NFRC ratings and ENERGY STAR documentation?

We supply NFRC U-Factor, SHGC and VT values per configuration, plus spec sheets and shop drawings for builder and permit submittals. ENERGY STAR-eligible glass packages depend on your climate zone.

What is the lead time and minimum order?

Lead times vary by quantity, glass package and customization; project, distributor and multi-unit orders are all welcome. Contact us with your schedule for the current lead time and a firm quotation.

Do you ship to the United States?

Yes. We export worldwide and regularly container-ship to U.S. ports, with packaging designed for ocean freight and the documentation builders need for customs and installation.
