1. Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?

Lansen is a manufacturer based in Foshan, Guangdong. Cutting, thermal-break assembly, glazing, hardware installation, and QC run in-house — and every order includes a production-floor video of your own units. Visits welcome.

2. What is your MOQ?

We set MOQ per product mix and keep first orders practical. Send your window schedule or rough-opening list and we will confirm the exact MOQ for your project.

3. How does the line-item quote work?

Every quote breaks out profile, glass, hardware, finish, packing, and freight as separate lines. Change one variable and only that line moves — see our inspection and QC process or ask us to annotate your quote.

4. Can I order samples?

Yes. Sample units are produced before mass production so you can verify the work. Ask about sample terms when you request a quote.

5. What certifications do you have?

We provide the test reports and certifications we currently hold together with the quote — ask before you assume.

6. What is the lead time?

Lead times are confirmed line by line in your quote, after deposit and drawing approval. Peak-season exceptions are stated in the quote, not discovered later.

7. How do you pack for sea freight?

Units ship with foam corner protection and export-grade crate packing, and loading photos are included in your pre-shipment audit pack.

8. Can you meet my state or province energy code?

Send your schedule with your state or province code reference and we flag any unit that fails before metal is cut.

9. Do you offer OEM / private label?

Yes — much of our output ships under customer brands with neutral packing. See the OEM program.

10. What is the warranty?

Warranty terms are attached to every quote — profiles, IGU seal, hardware, and moving parts each have their own term.

11. What are your payment terms?

Payment terms are confirmed in your quote before production starts.

12. Do you sell to homeowners?

No. Lansen is B2B only — importers, builders, remodelers, and dealers.
