About Lansen
Lansen is a direct aluminum window manufacturer based in Foshan, Guangdong — the industrial heart of China’s aluminum extrusion and architectural hardware supply chain. We build thermally broken aluminum windows, doors, retractable sunrooms, and motorized skylights to each buyer’s drawings, rather than selling a fixed catalog.
We supply North American importers, remodelers, private-label window brands, glazing contractors, and general contractors. Our team includes design engineers, extrusion and fabrication staff, glazing specialists, and dedicated quality inspectors, working to a documented SOP, SIP, and PPAP process from raw material to finished unit.
We keep the steps that determine performance under controlled production — cutting, thermal-break insertion, frame crimping, glazing, hardware installation, and final inspection — and we make that process visible. Before a container loads, every customer receives a production-floor video walkthrough, signed dimension sheets, and glass and hardware documentation. Anything that fails inspection stays in Foshan.
What We Manufacture
We focus on four product families, each engineered to the performance target your market requires:
- Thermally broken windows — casement, awning, tilt-and-turn, fixed, and sliding windows with polyamide PA66 thermal barriers and multi-point locking hardware.
- Aluminum door systems — multi-slide and pocket doors, heavy-duty bi-fold doors, lift-and-slide doors, hinged entry doors, and storefront entrance systems.
- Sunrooms and glass enclosures — mobile four-season and three-season sunrooms, conservatories, patio enclosures, and free-standing glass rooms.
- Skylights and roof glazing — motorized opening skylights, fixed rooflights, and custom structural glass roof systems.
Manufacturing Capability
Our Foshan facility handles the full fabrication path in-house: precision CNC cutting of 6063-T5/T6 aluminum profiles, thermal-break strip insertion and crimping, CNC corner cleaning, glazing with insulated Low-E and argon-filled units, hardware fitting, and water-spray and air-infiltration testing on finished assemblies.
Because we control the complete process rather than outsourcing assembly, we can accommodate custom profiles, non-standard sizes, mixed-color interior/exterior finishes, private-label packaging, and mixed-container loads — without the minimum-order constraints of a catalog-only factory.
Quality Control, Step by Step
Every order follows the same inspection sequence:
- Raw material check — aluminum alloy certificate, profile wall thickness, and thermal-break strip specification verified before cutting.
- In-process inspection — frame dimensions, corner crimping strength, drainage path, and gasket alignment checked at each workstation.
- Finished-unit testing — air leakage, water penetration, and hardware operation tested on sampled units; glass and hardware labels photographed.
- Pre-shipment audit — floor video, signed dimension sheets, glass sticker photos, and a random hardware pull-out report sent to the buyer before the container is sealed.
Why Buyers Choose Lansen
Transparent, line-item pricing
Every quote breaks out the aluminum profile, glass unit, hardware brand, finish, packaging, and freight as separate lines. When a number moves, we point to the exact reason — you never pay an unexplained “spec upgrade” fee.
Built to the codes you sell against
Send your window schedule and local energy code; we flag any system that does not meet your NFRC, AAMA, or impact-zone target before metal is cut.
Free design and engineering support
Our in-house engineers turn your drawings or rough-opening list into a buildable spec, optimizing sightlines, thermal performance, and cost from the first revision — at no charge.
One supplier for the full glazing package
Windows, doors, sunrooms, and skylights under one drawing set, one QC standard, and one shipment — so nothing is mismatched on site.
Who We Work With
Our typical customers are window and door importers, residential and commercial glazing contractors, private-label building-product brands, developers sourcing direct for multi-unit projects, and e-commerce sellers looking for an OEM/ODM manufacturing partner. We do not sell retail or compete with the dealers we supply.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can you manufacture to our own designs and specifications?
Yes. Most of our production is built to buyer-supplied drawings, window schedules, or sample units. Our engineers review your specs and confirm fabrication details before production begins.
Do you provide performance test data?
We provide U-factor, SHGC, air leakage, and water penetration data based on the specified profile and glazing configuration, and can arrange third-party laboratory testing for certified projects.
What is the typical lead time?
Lead time depends on order size and customization level. Your sales engineer will confirm a production and shipping schedule in the line-item quote, and sample units are available before full production.
Do you offer OEM and private-label packaging?
Yes. We support custom branding, private-label packaging, color-matched finishes, and OEM product configurations. See our OEM/ODM program for details.
