See Your Order Before It Ships
Most buyers find out what they bought when the container opens. Lansen buyers find out before it leaves Foshan. Every order ships with an audit pack — four documents from your actual production run — and any unit that fails stays in our factory, not in your warehouse.
The four documents in every Lansen audit pack
- Production-floor video walkthrough. Your units filmed at every key stage — cutting, thermal-break assembly, glazing, hardware — so you see the work, not a stock video.
- Signed dimension sheets. A QC inspector measures every unit against your schedule and signs the sheet; tolerances are printed on the sheet, not implied.
- Glass documentation. Every lite carries a sticker naming the glass manufacturer, coating, and production date — traceable, not anonymous.
- Random hardware pull-out report. A random sample of units gets hardware operated and photographed — the sample is drawn by QC, not by the production line.
The 12-point pre-shipment checklist
| # | Check | Evidence you receive |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Overall dimensions | Signed sheet |
| 2 | Squareness / diagonal | Signed sheet |
| 3 | Thermal-break continuity | Video |
| 4 | IGU build (glass / coating / spacer / argon) | Per quote, glass sticker |
| 5 | Hardware function | Pull-out report |
| 6 | Multi-point lock alignment | Photo |
| 7 | Finish film thickness / color vs. approved chip | Readings |
| 8 | Water tightness | Test record |
| 9 | Air infiltration | Test record |
| 10 | Screen fit | Photo |
| 11 | Labels / customer branding | Per packing list, photo |
| 12 | Crate packing & container record | Loading photos |
A failed check means a rebuild, not an apology. Any unit that misses a line on this checklist is corrected or remade in Foshan before loading — and you get the re-inspection video too.
The same QC standard covers every product family: aluminum windows, doors, sunrooms, and skylights.
