Lansen runs a factory-direct OEM program for North American remodelers, dealers, and window brands who want thermally broken aluminum windows, doors, and sunrooms built to their own specification and shipped under their own name. You bring the brand and the project; we handle extrusion, thermal-break assembly, glazing, QC, and export packing.

Tooling & MOQ Policy
We hold an existing die library, so standard system windows can be mixed and matched within a single order – you are not forced into one size to hit a minimum. Fully custom profiles require a one-time extrusion die, after which there is no practical order minimum. We tell you up front whether your sizes use an existing die or need new tooling, so there are no surprises on the first quote.
Our 3-Step Sampling Process
- Send your window schedule or drawings – dimensions, glass config, hardware preference, finish, and target market climate.
- We quote line by line – temper, wall thickness per component, strip material and width, glass coating surface, and finish standard, all named in writing.
- Sample produced and shipped – you receive a physical unit to test operation, finish, and sightline before committing to production.
